David Taylor update

Rick has been in Casper all day with the Taylor family. Brother David Taylor is the pastor of the Casper Church of God of Prophecy. They did the heart cath procedure and discovered that all areteries were open except one which was 90% blocked. They went back in to put in a stent, but was unable to because of the location of the blockage. They plan to try to fix the problem with medication. Thank you all for your prayers. Continue to pray please.

Prayer for PASTOR DAVID TAYLOR

Please remember Pastor David Taylor at the Casper church. He was admitted to the hospital yesterday and underwent tests on his heart. Some of the EKGs were questionable. They are going to do a heart cath on Monday. Please remember him and Sister Glenda in your prayers.

PRAYER REQUEST

Sister Lee, Stacey McLean talked to me yesterday and requested prayer for herself. She is from Casper who came and brought friends with her to Ladies retreat the last couple of years.

Her testimony is that God healed her after she had a brain tumor removed. She has done better than any of her doctors expected, however, she did have to have a shunt. That is the issue right now. Her shunt has to be replaced and she is facing complications involving the type of shunt she will need and if it will be covered by her health ins. She is also not able to work right now while the right direction is being sought, so this is financially challenging to her family.

Thank you, Kimberly DeLaCruz

Minot, ND

Wanted to share this picture I pulled off the news in Minot, ND. The devestation is going to be very bad for the folks there.

MINOT FLOODING

Please pray for the people in Minot, ND. The river is rising from the rainfall in Canada. This is predicted to be worse than the 1969 flood. At least 4,000 homes are being evacuated. Needless to say it is very chaotic at this point. Our church parsonage is in the flood section. Pastor Dave has had a lot of help in getting some of his belongings out of the house. The problem is there is no place to store anything and no uhauls to be able to move things. We are so thankful for the church people of Minot that have been such a help to him in moving and storing his belongings.

Also, please pray for his physical needs. He had an MRI on his knee yesterday and we are waiting to hear the results.

If you would like to know more details on the flooding in Minot go to KXnewsminot. Thank you all for your prayers. GOD BLESS MINOT.

UPDATE ON TERRITORY FLOODING

The river has crested in Minot and they are calling for more rain. The church has started taking in water in the basement from ground saturation. The church has a daycare there that uses the basement. The city does not know how long residents will be displaced. They are allowing them to go to their homes today only to check sump pumps and homes. They are allowed to take personal items, but cannot move furniture, appliances, etc. They have to have ID to access their homes and be out by 6pm.

Theresa talked with the Bismarck, ND pastor's wife today and the church and parsonage there is not in any danger, but some of the members' relatives are having to make preparations.

Pierre, SD is also flooding and they have a dam in the town. This is a very difficult situation. Our Pastor in Bismarck has a brother that lives there and they are very concerned.

Thank each of you for your prayers.
